What a managed machine means
One call and the machine is ours to worry about. Here is everything that happens after you say yes.
- 1
Machine and install, free
We survey the site, deliver and install the machine. No purchase, no rental, no set-up fee.
- 2
Restocked with brands
Coke, Pepsi, Cadbury, Walkers and the rest, on a visit schedule that matches how fast it sells.
- 3
Cleaned and maintained
Every visit includes a clean and a check. Machines that look after themselves do not exist, so we do it.
- 4
Call-outs covered
If a machine faults, you call us and we fix it. There is no invoice at the end.
Cheaper than the supermarket
With our managed service we hold some of the lowest vend prices in the industry. On most lines that puts us under the big supermarkets, and never above them.

Keeping track of takings and the commission owed to site owners used to mean three spreadsheets and a long evening. So we built Vendalink: a portal that logs takings, works out commission, and issues the payout statement and credit note at the end of it. Other operators now run their estates on it too.
